TC type oil seals have the following main features:
- Double lip structure: there are main lip and vice lip. The main lip is mainly used to seal the liquid and prevent it from leaking; the secondary lip is used to block dust, water and other impurities from entering into the inside of the equipment, this double-lip design greatly improves the sealing performance and protection ability of the oil seal.
- Spring-assisted seal: there is usually a spring inside the sealing lip, which can exert a certain radial force on the sealing lip, making the oil seal always fit closely on the shaft surface during shaft rotation or equipment operation, ensuring that even in the case of certain eccentricity, runout or wear of the shaft, good sealing effect can be maintained.
